He strongly believes in conscious commitments and setting an example for others to follow. In the last 10 years, he has strived to enhance the workforce at Aaroka and kept people at the center of his growth plans. His tenacity, sincerity, and innovative approach is the reason behind Aaroka and its clientele’s success.
Milind Gurav
Head of Administration and General Management
Mr. Milind Gurav heads the administration and general management. With his focus, dedication, and positive attitude he keeps Aaroka’s operations running like a well-oiled machine. No task is too small or big for him. He manages logistics, administration, day to day operations as well as the people management function of Aaroka.
Ashish Trivedi
Fabric Manager
A dynamic professional spanning more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Ashish Trivedi, takes care of Aaroka’s, sourcing and development, manufacturing, and quality control of the fabric. Having strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, regular market and trade fair visits, and aggressive production monitoring, he ensures that Aaroka remains competitive in pricing and maintains its commitments to quality, delivery and service.

Team
Our administrative office team comprises dedicated and experienced designers, merchandisers, accounts professionals, human resource managers, and essential ground staff. They truly connect with our customers and render the exceptional and compassionate service that they deserve.
Our factory in Navi Mumbai is BSCI compliant. It has around 150 skilled workforces comprising experienced Tailors, Pattern Masters, Quality controllers, Social Compliance Co-ordinators. They all work tirelessly to deliver a high-quality product and ensure on-time delivery to meet our customers’ requirements.
Our people are our pride. To ensure the health and fitness of our workforce, we provide timely medical checkups at our factory.
